Distributor Meeting 2013

Top-class Distributor Meeting 2013

In September 52 persons from 32 countries came to Luebeck. Their destination: the three-yearly distributor meeting at Mankenberg. The German language was scarcely heard during the three-day meeting because Arabian, Chinese, Russian, Spanisch and French dominated the communication additionally to the English language.

distributor meeting 2013Mankenberg’s distribution partners, whose companies headquarter inter alia in Canada, Australia, Russia, Chile and nearly every European country, informed themselves about the new developments and highlights of Mankenberg’s product range. Core issue of the event were various workshops held parallelly and in several stages. Small groups of not more than 10 attendees, who changed rooms on a rotation basis, could learn more about Mankenberg’s future markets and became familiar with examples for special applications, inter alia for the oil and gas market and the pharmaceutical industry. Particularly corrosion-resistant materials, that are processed with Mankenberg’s proven deep-drawing technique, were another important issue.

One of the main targets of the distributor meeting was the interchange of information among the distributors and across national borders. All the guests evaluated this very positively.

The diversified social programme with a sailing trip on board the three-mast schooner „Mare Frisium“ in the Bay of Luebeck created a friendly atmosphere with a babble of voices during the joint dinner – naturally in English, Arabian, Chinese, Russian, Spanisch and French ....

Mankenberg would like to thank all the participants in this year’s distributor meeting. They harmonised expertise and a professional approach with friendly relations!
