Axel Weidner - Management and Commitment in a medium-sized Company
Mankenberg GmbH is celebrating its 125th anniversary in 2010. The firm has been located in Lübeck for 65 years now. Since the year 2002 the company is being run by Mr Axel Weidner, born in 1956, who is the great-grandson of the company founder Gustav Mankenberg.
Axel Weidner grew up in Lübeck as a son of Mr Dr.-Ing. Günther Weidner and Mrs Dipl.-Ing. Ursula Weidner (whose maiden name was Mankenberg). After graduating high school Axel Weidner studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Berlin.
