Spare Parts

We guarantee 25 years of availability of spare parts for Mankenberg stainless steel valves.
Together with your valve serial number we save all the relevant data which is important to you. If you require spare parts or maintenance kits we are able to make the necessary single parts or maintenance kits available to you as soon as possible up to 25 years after purchase of the valve.

Repairs/Return Consignments

Do you intend to send a valve for repair or do you wish to return it entirely?

To ensure faster and safe processing, you are kindly requested to fill in the filed

return shipping form

and despatch it to MANKENBERG together with the valve. Upon receipt we will send an order confirmation with a reference number.

Do you remember the regular maintenance dates for your valves? Should you wish to be reminded of the next due inspection dates, we would be happy to oblige. Feel free to contact us.

Short Delivery Times

Stored Products within 3 Working Days

Standard valves are stored ready for despatch to you. Stored valves can be identified through the boldly printed article numbers in our price list.

Valves assembled from Kits within 10 Working Days
We have in our stock the single components for 2,300 High Grade valves and assemble them for your individual application. These valves can be identified through the normally printed article numbers in our price list.

On-Time Delivery for the entire Product Range
All valves, also the customised ones, can be quoted at short notice and the goods will be delivered on time. This is thanks to the optimised processes among project and sales department and production department.
