High Technology for every Demand at ACHEMA 2012

Mankenberg is exhibiting at the thirtieth edition of the ACHEMA, the world forum for the process industry and technology summit in chemical engineering, environmental protection and biotechnology. The ACHEMA 2012 is held in Frankfurt/Germany from 18th through 22nd June 2012.

At booth no. A59 in hall no. 8.0 the company's portfolio featuring a wide range of products for presenting technically sophisticated industrial valves of the "High Grade" type made of deep-drawn stainless steel or special materials such as titanium is presented. Thanks to Mankenberg’s unique modular construction system “High Grade”, various valves can be fabricated by individually combining different deep-drawn parts with welded connections and turned components. The local characteristics of deep-drawn materials are specifically influenced by the cold-hardening procedure, therefore, the valves are especially resistant to corrosion and polishable for use in sterile and ultraclean spaces. In addition, deep-drawn valves are light-weight owing to the reduced minimum wall thickness by simultaneously featuring the same or even better mechanical strength compared with conventional cast pieces.

Versatile

Mankenberg valves are used in the water industry, in the oil and gas industry, for machine building or plant construction as well as amongst others in chemistry, energy generation and supply and in the pharmaceutical industry, the foodstuffs industry, biotechnology and in shipbuilding and the aviation industry. In most cases high-quality and technically complex customised solutions are offered which are individually designed to the customers’ needs.
